WHAT HAS SATAN CREATED IN US?

WHAT HAS SATAN CREATED IN US?

2Th 2:1-17 KJV
(1) Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
(2) That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
(3) Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
(4) Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, (Your body!) shewing himself that he is God.
(5) Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
(6) And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
(7) For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
(8) And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
(9) Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
(10) And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
(11) And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
(12) That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
(13) But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
(14) Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
(15) Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
(16) Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
(17) Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.

This scripture tells us that Satan has created in us a wicked thing called “Wicked”. Jesus told us in John 8 that ye are of your father the devil.

Joh 8:42-45 KJV
(42) Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
(43) Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.
(44) Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
(45) And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

The revelation of this mystery was not made know to mankind until Jesus revealed it to Paul the apostle in A.D. 60. It also has been hidden from all who do not believe the truth. It tell us in 2 Corinthians 4 that, if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost. We were all lost at one time, until God gave us the revelation of the truth.
2Co 4:3-4 KJV
(3) But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
(4) In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

What causes us not to be able to see the truth in the Word when we read it? For every lie that we have believed, we receive a demon that hids the truth from us. That’s why Jesus told us in John 8:31

Joh 8:31-32 KJV
(31) Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
(32) And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Free from what? The demons that are attached to sin. In the book of 1 John we are told how this words.

1Jn 2:9-11 KJV
(9) He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.
(10) He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.
(11) But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

That darkness (A demon!) has blinded his eyes! The example used here is hate, but every sin carries with it a demon who’s purpose is to steal, kill. And destroy, and keep you from receiving the truth!
In the book of James it tell us how Satan has placed the lie into our mind.
Jas 1:13-15 KJV
(13) Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
(14) But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
(15) Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

In this scripture we are told that there is lust in us, the next part of the scripture says, “AND ENTICED”! WE are “enticed” by Satan to believe his lies. Satan see’s the lust in us, and feeds us thoughts that would temp us to feed that lust. Pride works the same why!

In Genesis 3 we see how Satan temped Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Satan saw the things in Eve that moved her to give in to her lust. The lust in Adam and Eve came out of their ignorance of God’s Word!

Eph 4:17-19 KJV
(17) This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
(18) Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
(18) Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

Eph 2:1-3 KJV
(1) And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
(2) Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
(3) Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

When we received Christ, we were not delivered from all of our demons, but only the ones we could not overcome. We must learn to war. We “War not against flesh and blood but against Satan and his demons in us”!
Eph 6:10-24 KJV
(10) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
(11) Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
(12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
(13) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
(14) Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
(15) And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
(16) Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
(17) And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
(18) Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
(19) And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
(20) For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
(21) But that ye also may know my affairs, and how I do, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things:
(22) Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that ye might know our affairs, and that he might comfort your hearts.
(23) Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
(24) Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen. To the Ephesians written from Rome, by Tychicus.

I the book of John we are told that we have been given power “TO BECOME” sons of God.
Joh 1:12-13 KJV
(12) But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
(12) Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
(13) Also again in Romans 1:16-17 we are told that our Christian walk is a growing prosess and we go from faith to faith, and glory to glory.

Rom 1:16-17 KJV
(16) For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God “unto salvation” to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
(16) For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

And in the book of 2Thessilonians we are told that the process of Salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth.
When we accepted Jesus of our Saviour, at that point we were “justified” by faith, or justified by believing in Jesus. At that point we entered into a place called “grace”.
Rom 5:1-2 KJV
(1) Therefore being “justified’ by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
(2) By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

In this place called “grace” we are at peace with God because of Jesus making intercession for use to the Father. Every morning God’s mercy is renewed, but only if we ask for it through confessing our sin to God.
Lam 3:22-23 KJV
(22) It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
(23) They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

1Jn 1:9 KJV
(9) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

I asked the Lord why does this scripture does not say, if we repent, instead of the word confess? The Lord told me that there are things that we cannot repent of at the first, but we have to be delivered a little at a time. Things in us can only be confessed as we are made aware of them, the rest are hidden from us and that is why Jesus must make intercession for us through speaking in tongues.

Rom 8:26-28 KJV
(26) Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: “for we know not what we should pray for as we ought”: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings (speaking in tongues!) which cannot be uttered.
(27) And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
(28) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

In the book of 1 Corinthians we are told why the Holy Ghost is so important, no man can call Jesus Lord, except by the Holy Ghost! Satan has told people that you do not have to speak in tongues to have the Holy Ghost! The sign that you have the Holy ghost is, you will speak in tongues. If you don’t speak in tongues, you don’t have the Holy Ghost, or don’t believe in speaking in tongues!
1Co 12:3 KJV
(3) Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: “and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost”.

HOW TO KNOW IF A PREACHER IS IN GOD”S WILL!

HOW TO KNOW A PREACHER IS IN GOD”S WILL!

To many people today do not know how to tell if a person is in God’s will. The scriptures tell us what to look for in a person that we might be warned about the false preachers who claim to be of God, but their life tells you different.
There are scriptures that show us who is of God and who isn’t.
The first scripture we will look at is in the book of Philippians 2:5-11. This scripture is very important because it tells us how we are to think. This scripture has been changed in a lot of the translations to read that we cannot be equal with God.
God has said that we are sons of God, and his children if we obey his commandments. We are to have the mind of Christ, are think like Him!
(#1)
Php 2:5-11 KJV
(5) Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
(6) Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
(7) But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
(8) And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
(9) Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
(10) That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
(11) And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

In verse 6 we are told that we are to be equal with God.
In verse 7 we are told not to make ourselves a reputation. It also tells us that we are to become servants.
We are told in verse 8 that we are to humble ourselves.

Another scriptures in 1 Peter4:1
1Pe 4:1-2 KJV
(1) Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
(2) That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

A preacher is not to take money to preach!

In this scripture Paul the apostle tells us that he we are look to him as our example in not taking money to preach the gospel.

1Co 9:1-27 KJV
(1) Am I not an apostle? am I not free? have I not seen Jesus Christ our Lord? are not ye my work in the Lord?
(2) If I be not an apostle unto others, yet doubtless I am to you: for the seal of mine apostleship are ye in the Lord.
(3) Mine answer to them that do examine me is this,
(4) Have we not power to eat and to drink?
(5) Have we not power to lead about a sister, a wife, as well as other apostles, and as the brethren of the Lord, and Cephas?
(6) Or I only and Barnabas, have not we power to forbear working?
(7) Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock?
(8) Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also?
(9) For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen?
(10) Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope.
(11) If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things?
(12) If others be partakers of this power over you, are not we rather? Nevertheless we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should hinder the gospel of Christ.
(13) Do ye not know that they which minister about holy things live of the things of the temple? and they which wait at the altar are partakers with the altar?
(14) Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.
(15) But I have used none of these things: neither have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me: for it were better for me to die, than that any man should make my glorying void.
(16) For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!
(17) For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.

(18) What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.
(19) For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.
(20) And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;
(21) To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.
(22) To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
(23) And this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.
(24) Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
(25) And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
(26) I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
(27) But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Another scripture!

2Co 11:7 KJV
(7) Have I committed an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I have preached to you the gospel of God freely?

(#3)

If a man won’t work, neither should he eat!

2Th 3:8-15 KJV
(8) Neither did we eat any man’s bread for nought; but wrought (worked) with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable to any of you:
(9) Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us.
(10) For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
(11) For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies.
(12) Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.
(13) But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing.
(14) And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.
(15) Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.

1Th 4:11-12 KJV
(11) And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;
(12) That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing.

(#4)
A preacher must speak in tongues.

If a preacher does not speak in tongues, he does not have the Holy Ghost and cannot pray for himself or for you.
The sign that you have the Holy Ghost is you will speak in tongues.

Mar 16:15-18 KJV
(15) And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
(16) He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
(17) And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
(18) They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Act 10:44-48 KJV
(44) While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.
(45) And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.
(46) For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,
(47) Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
(48) And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

Act 19:1-6 KJV
(1) And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,
(2) He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.
(3) And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John’s baptism.
(4) Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
(5) When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
(6) And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

Rom 8:26-28 KJV
(26) Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. (Tongues!)
(27) And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
(28) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

(#5)
A preacher will not flatter you.
Pro 26:28 KJV
(29) A lying tongue hateth those that are afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth worketh ruin.

Job 17:5 KJV
(5) He that speaketh flattery to his friends, even the eyes of his children shall fail.

Pro 6:23-24 KJV
(23) For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:
(24) To keep thee from the evil woman, from the flattery of the tongue of a strange woman.

(#6)

A true preacher will only glorify God through Jesus Christ, in the Spirit!

Deu 4:9-12 KJV
(9) Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons’ sons;
(10) Specially the day that thou stoodest before the LORD thy God in Horeb, when the LORD said unto me, Gather me the people together, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children.
(11) And ye came near and stood under the mountain; and the mountain burned with fire unto the midst of heaven, with darkness, clouds, and thick darkness.
(12) And the LORD spake unto you out of the midst of the fire: ye heard the voice of the words, but saw no similitude; only ye heard a voice.

Exo 20:1-6 KJV
(1) And God spake all these words, saying,
(2) I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
(3) Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
(4) Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
(5) Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
(6) And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

(#7)

A preacher cannot be proudor arrogance!

Pro 8:13 KJV
(13) The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

Pro 11:2 KJV
(2) When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom.

Pro 13:10 KJV
(10) Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.

(#8)
A preacher will not believe in war!

Eph 6:10-13 KJV
(10) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
(11) Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
(12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
(14) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Mic 4:3 KJV
(3) And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

A true Chiristian will not joke.

Pro 26:18-19 KJV
(18) As a mad man who casteth firebrands, arrows, and death,
(17) So is the man that deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I in sport? (Or, joking!)

Pro 10:23 KJV
(23) It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding hath wisdom.

Pro 13:6 KJV
(5) Righteousness keepeth him that is upright in the way: but wickedness overthroweth the sinner.

Pro 27:22 KJV
(22) Though thou shouldest bray a fool in a mortar among wheat with a pestle, yet will not his foolishness depart from him.

This is by no means the end of the list of things to look for in a preacher, by it is a start in discerning the true preacher who is in God’s will.

Bless you in Jesus name!

1 CORINTHIANS 10-THE FEAR OF OF THE LORD!

1 Corinthians 10-The Fear Of The Lord!

There are many people who believe that the Old Testament has been done away with, but that is the farthest thing from the truth. Jesus said, I did not come to destroy the law but to fulfill it.
Mat 5:17-18 KJV
(17) Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
(18) For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
The purpose of the Old Testament is to give us a knowledge of what sin is.
Rom 3:19-20 KJV
(19) Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
(20) Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

The law can never save us, the only thing that can save us is going through the regeneration and becoming perfect through receiving the truth by the Spirit and the renewing of mind and overcoming the devil. We are born with the Adam nature that is at war with God and in rebellion against all that God is. Satan has lied to us about who, and what we are and told us that we are gods with out God. It tells us in John that if we do not believe in the name of Jesus Christ we are comdemned by the things we do and allow.
Joh 3:15-36 KJV
(15) That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
(16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
(17) For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
(18) He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
(19) And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
(20) For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
(21) But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Rom 8:1-8 KJV
(1) There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
(2) For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
(3) For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: (Or, condemned sin in you and me!)
(4) That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
(5) For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
(6) For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
(7) Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
(8) So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

This teaching is to show us that there are scriptures in New Testament that shows us what sins the children of Israel committed in Old Testament that God does not want us to commit today! The teaching today by a lot of people is God loves us and will not do us any harm, but because this is taught, there is no fear of God in people today. The beginning of knowledge is the fear of the Lord, without the fear of the Lord, people will not turn to the Lord and be saved!
Pro 1:7 KJV
(7) The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

God tells us in Isaiah 8:
Isa 8:11-18 KJV
(11) For the LORD spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying,
(12) Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.
(13) Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.
(14) And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
(15) And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

1Co 10:1-14 KJV
(1) Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
(2) And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
(3) And did all eat the same “spiritual meat”;
(4) And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
(5) But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
(6) Now these things were our examples, “to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted”.
(7) Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
(8) Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.
(9) Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.
(10) Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.
(11) Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, (Warnings!) upon whom the ends of the world are come.
(12) Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.
(13) There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
(14) Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.
(15) (When we lean to our own understanding, we are setting on the throne of our heart letting God know that we are our own god of our own life, and not him!)

In the following teaching, I will list the sin and give references to it in Old Testament!

(7) Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

Exo 32:1-35 KJV
(1) And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.
(2) And Aaron said unto them, Break off the golden earrings, which are in the ears of your wives, of your sons, and of your daughters, and bring them unto me.
(3) And all the people brake off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them unto Aaron.
(4) And he received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf: and they said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
(5) And when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it; and Aaron made proclamation, and said, To morrow is a feast to the LORD.
(6) And they rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play.
(7) And the LORD said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves:
(8) They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
(9) And the LORD said unto Moses, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people:
(10) Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of thee a great nation.
(11) And Moses besought the LORD his God, and said, LORD, why doth thy wrath wax hot against thy people, which thou hast brought forth out of the land of Egypt with great power, and with a mighty hand?
(12) Wherefore should the Egyptians speak, and say, For mischief did he bring them out, to slay them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth? Turn from thy fierce wrath, and repent of this evil against thy people.
(13) Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, thy servants, to whom thou swarest by thine own self, and saidst unto them, I will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven, and all this land that I have spoken of will I give unto your seed, and they shall inherit it for ever.
(14) And the LORD repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.
(15) And Moses turned, and went down from the mount, and the two tables of the testimony were in his hand: the tables were written on both their sides; on the one side and on the other were they written.
(16) And the tables were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God, graven upon the tables.
(17) And when Joshua heard the noise of the people as they shouted, he said unto Moses, There is a noise of war in the camp.
(18) And he said, It is not the voice of them that shout for mastery, neither is it the voice of them that cry for being overcome: but the noise of them that sing do I hear.
(19) And it came to pass, as soon as he came nigh unto the camp, that he saw the calf, and the dancing: and Moses’ anger waxed hot, and he cast the tables out of his hands, and brake them beneath the mount.
(20) And he took the calf which they had made, and burnt it in the fire, and ground it to powder, and strawed it upon the water, and made the children of Israel drink of it.
(21) And Moses said unto Aaron, What did this people unto thee, that thou hast brought so great a sin upon them?
(22) And Aaron said, Let not the anger of my lord wax hot: thou knowest the people, that they are set on mischief.
(23) For they said unto me, Make us gods, which shall go before us: for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.
(24) And I said unto them, Whosoever hath any gold, let them break it off. So they gave it me: then I cast it into the fire, and there came out this calf.
(25) And when Moses saw that the people were naked; (for Aaron had made them naked unto their shame among their enemies:)
(26) Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who is on the LORD’S side? let him come unto me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.
(27) And he said unto them, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Put every man his sword by his side, and go in and out from gate to gate throughout the camp, and slay every man his brother, and every man his companion, and every man his neighbour.
(28) And the children of Levi did according to the word of Moses: and there fell of the people that day about three thousand men.
(29) For Moses had said, Consecrate yourselves to day to the LORD, even every man upon his son, and upon his brother; that he may bestow upon you a blessing this day.
(30) And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses said unto the people, Ye have sinned a great sin: and now I will go up unto the LORD; peradventure I shall make an atonement for your sin.
(31) And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold.
(32) Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin–; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written.
(33) And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.
(34) Therefore now go, lead the people unto the place of which I have spoken unto thee: behold, mine Angel shall go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit their sin upon them.
(35) And the LORD plagued the people, because they made the calf, which Aaron made.

(8) Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.

Num 25:1-13 KJV
(1) And Israel abode in Shittim, and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab.
(2) And they called the people unto the sacrifices of their gods: and the people did eat, and bowed down to their gods.
(3) And Israel joined himself unto Baalpeor: and the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel.
(4) And the LORD said unto Moses, Take all the heads of the people, and hang them up before the LORD against the sun, that the fierce anger of the LORD may be turned away from Israel.
(5) And Moses said unto the judges of Israel, Slay ye every one his men that were joined unto Baalpeor.
(6) And, behold, one of the children of Israel came and brought unto his brethren a Midianitish woman in the sight of Moses, and in the sight of all the congregation of the children of Israel, who were weeping before the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
(7) And when Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he rose up from among the congregation, and took a javelin in his hand;
(8) And he went after the man of Israel into the tent, and thrust both of them through, the man of Israel, and the woman through her belly. So the plague was stayed from the children of Israel.
(9) And those that died in the plague were twenty and four thousand.
(10) And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
(11) Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, while he was zealous for my sake among them, that I consumed not the children of Israel in my jealousy.
(12) Wherefore say, Behold, I give unto him my covenant of peace:
(13) And he shall have it, and his seed after him, even the covenant of an everlasting priesthood; because he was zealous for his God, and made an atonement for the children of Israel.

(9) Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.

Exo 17:1-16 KJV
(1) And all the congregation of the children of Israel journeyed from the wilderness of Sin, after their journeys, according to the commandment of the LORD, and pitched in Rephidim: and there was no water for the people to drink.
(2) Wherefore the people did chide ( Chide- to complain, or debate) with Moses, and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moses said unto them, Why chide ye with me? wherefore do ye tempt the LORD?
(3) And the people thirsted there for water; and the people murmured against Moses, and said, Wherefore is this that thou hast brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst?
(4) And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, What shall I do unto this people? they be almost ready to stone me.
(5) And the LORD said unto Moses, Go on before the people, and take with thee of the elders of Israel; and thy rod, wherewith thou smotest the river, take in thine hand, and go.
(6) Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.
(7) And he called the name of the place Massah, and Meribah, because of the chiding of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the LORD, saying, Is the LORD among us, or not?

(8) Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim.
(9) And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand.
(10) So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.
(11) And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.
(12) But Moses’ hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.
(13) And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.
(14) And the LORD said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.
(15) And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi:
(16) For he said, Because the LORD hath sworn that the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

(10) Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.

Num 16:1-50 KJV
(1) Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men:
(2) And they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown:
(3) And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?
(4) And when Moses heard it, he fell upon his face:
(5) And he spake unto Korah and unto all his company, saying, Even to morrow the LORD will shew who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near unto him: even him whom he hath chosen will he cause to come near unto him.
(6) This do; Take you censers, Korah, and all his company;
(7) And put fire therein, and put incense in them before the LORD to morrow: and it shall be that the man whom the LORD doth choose, he shall be holy: ye take too much upon you, ye sons of Levi.
(8) And Moses said unto Korah, Hear, I pray you, ye sons of Levi:
(9) Seemeth it but a small thing unto you, that the God of Israel hath separated you from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to himself to do the service of the tabernacle of the LORD, and to stand before the congregation to minister unto them?
(10) And he hath brought thee near to him, and all thy brethren the sons of Levi with thee: and seek ye the priesthood also?
(11) For which cause both thou and all thy company are gathered together against the LORD: and what is Aaron, that ye murmur against him?
(12) And Moses sent to call Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab: which said, We will not come up:
(13) Is it a small thing that thou hast brought us up out of a land that floweth with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, except thou make thyself altogether a prince over us?
(14) Moreover thou hast not brought us into a land that floweth with milk and honey, or given us inheritance of fields and vineyards: wilt thou put out the eyes of these men? we will not come up.
(15) And Moses was very wroth, and said unto the LORD, Respect not thou their offering: I have not taken one ass from them, neither have I hurt one of them.
(16) And Moses said unto Korah, Be thou and all thy company before the LORD, thou, and they, and Aaron, to morrow:
(17) And take every man his censer, and put incense in them, and bring ye before the LORD every man his censer, two hundred and fifty censers; thou also, and Aaron, each of you his censer.
(18) And they took every man his censer, and put fire in them, and laid incense thereon, and stood in the door of the tabernacle of the congregation with Moses and Aaron.
(19) And Korah gathered all the congregation against them unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the congregation.
(20) And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
(21) Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment.
(22) And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and wilt thou be wroth with all the congregation?
(23) And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
(24) Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you up from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.
(25) And Moses rose up and went unto Dathan and Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him.
(26) And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.
(27) So they gat up from the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood in the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little children.
(28) And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the LORD hath sent me to do all these works; for I have not done them of mine own mind.
(29) If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then the LORD hath not sent me.
(30) But if the LORD make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD.
(31) And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them:
(32) And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods.
(33) They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.
(34) And all Israel that were round about them fled at the cry of them: for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up also.
(35) And there came out a fire from the LORD, and consumed the two hundred and fifty men that offered incense.
(36) And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
(37) Speak unto Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, that he take up the censers out of the burning, and scatter thou the fire yonder; for they are hallowed.
(38) The censers of these sinners against their own souls, let them make them broad plates for a covering of the altar: for they offered them before the LORD, therefore they are hallowed: and they shall be a sign unto the children of Israel.
(39) And Eleazar the priest took the brasen censers, wherewith they that were burnt had offered; and they were made broad plates for a covering of the altar:
(40) To be a memorial unto the children of Israel, that no stranger, which is not of the seed of Aaron, come near to offer incense before the LORD; that he be not as Korah, and as his company: as the LORD said to him by the hand of Moses.
(41) But on the morrow all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron, saying, Ye have killed the people of the LORD.
(42) And it came to pass, when the congregation was gathered against Moses and against Aaron, that they looked toward the tabernacle of the congregation: and, behold, the cloud covered it, and the glory of the LORD appeared.
(43) And Moses and Aaron came before the tabernacle of the congregation.
(44) And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
(45) Get you up from among this congregation, that I may consume them as in a moment. And they fell upon their faces.
(46) And Moses said unto Aaron, Take a censer, and put fire therein from off the altar, and put on incense, and go quickly unto the congregation, and make an atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from the LORD; the plague is begun.
(47) And Aaron took as Moses commanded, and ran into the midst of the congregation; and, behold, the plague was begun among the people: and he put on incense, and made an atonement for the people.
(48) And he stood between the dead and the living; and the plague was stayed.
(49) Now they that died in the plague were fourteen thousand and seven hundred, beside them that died about the matter of Korah.
(50) And Aaron returned unto Moses unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and the plague was stayed.

Exo 16:1-36 KJV
(1) And they took their journey from Elim, and all the congregation of the children of Israel came unto the wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departing out of the land of Egypt.
(2) And the whole congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness:
(3) And the children of Israel said unto them, Would to God we had died by the hand of the LORD in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the flesh pots, and when we did eat bread to the full; for ye have brought us forth into this wilderness, to kill this whole assembly with hunger.
(4) Then said the LORD unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no.
(5) And it shall come to pass, that on the sixth day they shall prepare that which they bring in; and it shall be twice as much as they gather daily.
(6) And Moses and Aaron said unto all the children of Israel, At even, then ye shall know that the LORD hath brought you out from the land of Egypt:
(7) And in the morning, then ye shall see the glory of the LORD; for that he heareth your murmurings against the LORD: and what are we, that ye murmur against us?
(8) And Moses said, This shall be, when the LORD shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that the LORD heareth your murmurings which ye murmur against him: and what are we? your murmurings are not against us, but against the LORD.
(9) And Moses spake unto Aaron, Say unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, Come near before the LORD: for he hath heard your murmurings.
(10) And it came to pass, as Aaron spake unto the whole congregation of the children of Israel, that they looked toward the wilderness, and, behold, the glory of the LORD appeared in the cloud.
(11) And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
(12) I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel: speak unto them, saying, At even ye shall eat flesh, and in the morning ye shall be filled with bread; and ye shall know that I am the LORD your God.
(13) And it came to pass, that at even the quails came up, and covered the camp: and in the morning the dew lay round about the host.
(14) And when the dew that lay was gone up, behold, upon the face of the wilderness there lay a small round thing, as small as the hoar frost on the ground.
(15) And when the children of Israel saw it, they said one to another, It is manna: for they wist not what it was. And Moses said unto them, This is the bread which the LORD hath given you to eat.
(16) This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded, Gather of it every man according to his eating, an omer for every man, according to the number of your persons; take ye every man for them which are in his tents.
(17) And the children of Israel did so, and gathered, some more, some less.
(18) And when they did mete it with an omer, he that gathered much had nothing over, and he that gathered little had no lack; they gathered every man according to his eating.
(19) And Moses said, Let no man leave of it till the morning.
(20) Notwithstanding they hearkened not unto Moses; but some of them left of it until the morning, and it bred worms, and stank: and Moses was wroth with them.
(21) And they gathered it every morning, every man according to his eating: and when the sun waxed hot, it melted.
(22) And it came to pass, that on the sixth day they gathered twice as much bread, two omers for one man: and all the rulers of the congregation came and told Moses.

(23) And he said unto them, This is that which the LORD hath said, To morrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto the LORD: bake that which ye will bake to day, and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning.
(24) And they laid it up till the morning, as Moses bade: and it did not stink, neither was there any worm therein.
(25) And Moses said, Eat that to day; for to day is a sabbath unto the LORD: to day ye shall not find it in the field.
(26) Six days ye shall gather it; but on the seventh day, which is the sabbath, in it there shall be none.
(27) And it came to pass, that there went out some of the people on the seventh day for to gather, and they found none.
(28) And the LORD said unto Moses, How long refuse ye to keep my commandments and my laws?
(29) See, for that the LORD hath given you the sabbath, therefore he giveth you on the sixth day the bread of two days; abide ye every man in his place, let no man go out of his place on the seventh day.
(30) So the people rested on the seventh day.
(31) And the house of Israel called the name thereof Manna: and it was like coriander seed, white; and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.
(32) And Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commandeth, Fill an omer of it to be kept for your generations; that they may see the bread wherewith I have fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you forth from the land of Egypt.
(33) And Moses said unto Aaron, Take a pot, and put an omer full of manna therein, and lay it up before the LORD, to be kept for your generations.
(34) As the LORD commanded Moses, so Aaron laid it up before the Testimony, to be kept.
(35) And the children of Israel did eat manna forty years, until they came to a land inhabited; they did eat manna, until they came unto the borders of the land of Canaan.
(36) Now an omer is the tenth part of an ephah.

Gen 6:1-8 KJV
(1) And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
(2) That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
(3) And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
(4) There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
(5) And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
(6) And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
(7) And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
(8) But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

Deu 28:63-68 KJV
(63) And it shall come to pass, that as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to possess it.
(64) And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone.
(65) And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the LORD shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind:
(66) And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee; and thou shalt fear day and night, and shalt have none assurance of thy life:
(67) In the morning thou shalt say, Would God it were even! and at even thou shalt say, Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine heart wherewith thou shalt fear, and for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.
(68) And the LORD shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you.

Num 14:1-45 KJV
(1) And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night.
(2) And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!
(3) And wherefore hath the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt?
(4) And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt.
(5) Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel.
(6) And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of them that searched the land, rent their clothes:
(7) And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, is an exceeding good land.
(8) If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey.
(9) Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not.
(10) But all the congregation bade stone them with stones. And the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of the congregation before all the children of Israel.
(11) And the LORD said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be ere they believe me, for all the signs which I have shewed among them?
(12) I will smite them with the pestilence, and disinherit them, and will make of thee a greater nation and mightier than they.
(13) And Moses said unto the LORD, Then the Egyptians shall hear it, (for thou broughtest up this people in thy might from among them;)
(14) And they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land: for they have heard that thou LORD art among this people, that thou LORD art seen face to face, and that thy cloud standeth over them, and that thou goest before them, by day time in a pillar of a cloud, and in a pillar of fire by night.
(15) Now if thou shalt kill all this people as one man, then the nations which have heard the fame of thee will speak, saying,
(16) Because the LORD was not able to bring this people into the land which he sware unto them, therefore he hath slain them in the wilderness.
(17) And now, I beseech thee, let the power of my Lord be great, according as thou hast spoken, saying,
(18) The LORD is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation.
(19) Pardon, I beseech thee, the iniquity of this people according unto the greatness of thy mercy, and as thou hast forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now.
(20) And the LORD said, I have pardoned according to thy word:
(21) But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD.
(22) Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice;
(23) Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it:
(24) But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it.
(25) (Now the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwelt in the valley.) To morrow turn you, and get you into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea.
(26) And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
(27) How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.
(28) Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:
(29) Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, which have murmured against me,
(30) Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.
(31) But your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, them will I bring in, and they shall know the land which ye have despised.
(32) But as for you, your carcases, they shall fall in this wilderness.
(33) And your children shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear your whoredoms, until your carcases be wasted in the wilderness.
(34) After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know my breach of promise.
(35) I the LORD have said, I will surely do it unto all this evil congregation, that are gathered together against me: in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.
(36) And the men, which Moses sent to search the land, who returned, and made all the congregation to murmur against him, by bringing up a slander upon the land,
(37) Even those men that did bring up the evil report upon the land, died by the plague before the LORD.
(38) But Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of the men that went to search the land, lived still.
(39) And Moses told these sayings unto all the children of Israel: and the people mourned greatly.
(40) And they rose up early in the morning, and gat them up into the top of the mountain, saying, Lo, we be here, and will go up unto the place which the LORD hath promised: for we have sinned.
(41) And Moses said, Wherefore now do ye transgress the commandment of the LORD? but it shall not prosper.
(42) Go not up, for the LORD is not among you; that ye be not smitten before your enemies.
(43) For the Amalekites and the Canaanites are there before you, and ye shall fall by the sword: because ye are turned away from the LORD, therefore the LORD will not be with you.
(44) But they presumed to go up unto the hill top: nevertheless the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and Moses, departed not out of the camp.
(45) Then the Amalekites came down, and the Canaanites which dwelt in that hill, and smote them, and discomfited them, even unto Hormah.

Jer 18:20-23 KJV
(20) Shall evil be recompensed for good? for they have digged a pit for my soul. Remember that I stood before thee to speak good for them, and to turn away thy wrath from them.
(21) Therefore deliver up their children to the famine, and pour out their blood by the force of the sword; and let their wives be bereaved of their children, and be widows; and let their men be put to death; let their young men be slain by the sword in battle.
(22) Let a cry be heard from their houses, when thou shalt bring a troop suddenly upon them: for they have digged a pit to take me, and hid snares for my feet.
(23) Yet, LORD, thou knowest all their counsel against me to slay me: forgive not their iniquity, neither blot out their sin from thy sight, but let them be overthrown before thee; deal thus with them in the time of thine anger.

WHY NATURAL ISRAEL CANNOT BE SAVED TODAY UNLESS THEY RECIEVE JESUS AS LORD!

WHY NATURAL ISRAEL CANNOT BE SAVED TODAY UNLESS THEY RECIEVE JESUS AS LORD!

As we look at scripture, we see that in Old Testament Israel was the apple of God’s eye, but because they were led by their old Adam nature, and not led by the Spirit of God, When Jesus Christ came and died for the sins of the world, Jesus because the rightful owner of all of God’s creation. The condemnation against natural Israel was:
Joh 3:19-20 KJV
(19) And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
(20) For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

Rom 8:3-8 KJV
(3) For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
(4) That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
(5) For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
(6) For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
(7) Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
(8) So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

These scriptures tell us that the carnal mind is enmity against God, or, at war with God.

1Co 12:3 KJV
(3) Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
This scripture tell us that no man can say Jesus is Lord but by the Holy Ghost! The only way you can get the Holy Ghost is through accepting Jesus Christ into your heart, and than it has to be God giving you the Holy Ghost, it is a gift from God.
So you ask, what purpose did nature Israel serve? They were given the oracles of God.
Rom 3:1-2 KJV
(1) What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?
(2) Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.

Or the natural Jews showed us what sin was.
Rom 3:20-31 KJV
(20) Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
(21) But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
(22) Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
(23) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
(24) Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
(25) Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
(26) To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
(27) Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
(28) Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
(29) Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
(30) Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision (Jews of Old Testament) “by” faith, and uncircumcision (Gentiles) “through” faith.
(31) Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. (Or, prove the law!)

When Jesus died on the cross and went and preached to them in hell, he preached to nature Israel in the grave. If they believed the gospel and choose to live in the Spirit, they were given life the same as we are promised, in the New Jerusalem. They now are alive in the Spirit carrying out their purpose in the Spirit. They no longer are condemned. Because God with-held knowledge from them in their life on earth, God showed mercy on them through Jesus preaching to them the truth, they are now saved by their believing in Jesus and the gospel of Jesus Christ.

NEW TESTAMENT TITHING !!!!!!!!!!!

NEW TESTAMENT TITHES

Act 2:44-47 KJV
(44) And all that believed were together, and had all things common;
(45) And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.
(46) And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,
(47) Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

Act 4:32-37 KJV
(32) And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
(33) And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
(34) Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
(35) And laid them down at the apostles’ feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
(36) And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus,
(37) Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles’ feet.

The scriptures about show us how we are to think pertaining to giving. We are not to give to the rich, or to a preacher, or to a church, but when we see a need we are to supply that need weather it be for food, clothing, or anything else the Lord would show you is a need in a persons life.

Jesus said, in Matthew 25:31-46, that as often as you have done it to the least of one of these my brethren, you have done it unto me. Jesus has placed Himself in all creation., when we see a poor person, we are to see Jesus. When we see a widow, we are to see Jesus in that widow. When we see a fatrherless child, we are to see that fatherless child as a part of Jesus’ body!
There ae alot of scriptures that tell us what God’s will is in giving to the poor, widows, and fatherless.

Exo 22:22 KJV
(22) Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child.

Deu 10:14-19 KJV
(14) Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the LORD’S thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is.
(15) Only the LORD had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day.
(16) Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked.
(17) For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:
(18) He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment.
(19) Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

Deu 24:17-22 KJV
(17) Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless; nor take a widow’s raiment to pledge:
(18) But thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee thence: therefore I command thee to do this thing.
(19) When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hands.
(20) When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
(21) When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not glean it afterward: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
(22) And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt: therefore I command thee to do this thing.

Pro 14:31 KJV
(31) He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth him hath mercy on the poor.

Pro 22:16 KJV
(16) He that oppresseth the poor to increase his riches, and he that giveth to the rich, shall surely come to want.

Pro 28:8 KJV
(8) He that by usury and unjust gain increaseth his substance, he shall gather it for him that will pity the poor.

Pro 28:27 KJV
(27) He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.

Pro 29:7 KJV
(7) The righteous considereth the cause of the poor: but the wicked regardeth not to know it.

Pro 30:14 KJV
(14) There is a generation, whose teeth are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives, to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men.

Isa 58:6-14 KJV
(6) Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
(7) Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
(8) Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.
(9) Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;
(10) And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:
(11) And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.
(12) And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
(13) If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
(14) Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

Psa 82:1-8 KJV
(1) A Psalm of Asaph. God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.
(2) How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.
(3) Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
(4) Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
(5) They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
(6) I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
(7) But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
(8) Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.

THE RESURRECTION FROM THE DEAD! (HOW WE GROW UP IN THE LORD!)

The Resurrection From The Dead!
(How We Grow-Up In The Lord!)
(In 4 Parts)

All truth must be proven by two or three scriptures saying the same thing!
2Co 13:1 KJV
(1) This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.

Php 3:1 KJV
(1) Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.

2Co 12:14 KJV
(14) Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you: for I seek not yours, but you:

God has used witty invention to write the Bible!
Pro 8:12 KJV
(12) I wisdom dwell with prudence, (Prudence-Wisdom applied to practice, Or doing what God shows us!) and find out knowledge of witty inventions.

Ephesians 6:10-24

(Part #1 Why Pray For Paul The Apostle and the saints?)
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 “Put on” the whole armour of God, (Why?) that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 “Above all”, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 “Praying always” with all prayer and supplication “in the Spirit”, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication”for all saints” (Dead and alive!) We are living in “the NOW”, not past, not future, but in the NOW, IN GOD!)
19 “And (Pray) for me”, (Paul speaking!) (WHY? Important!) that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
(Father, I pray for all the saints and I also pray for Paul the apostle, that we might understand his understanding in the scriptures. I pray this in Jesus name, Amen. Thank you Father.)
20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
21 “But that ye also may know my affairs, and how I do”, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things: ( Did you hear what Paul just said? Shall make know to you, ALL THINGS! Make know to who? Me and you! Praise God!!!)
22 Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that ye might know our affairs, and that he might “comfort your hearts”.
23 Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
24 Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ”in sincerity”. Amen.
(Ephesians 6:18-24 “This is a new revelation from God for this time in God’s plan”. This revelation shows us the working of people who has gone on, or died in Christ, in the Spirit, who are doing their job as we pray in Christ Jesus.
In Ephesians 1:10 we have a prophecy pertaining to this point in time in the body of Christ.
10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
In Ephesians 6:19 we read what Paul is saying about himself, And pray for me, than he goes on and tells us why, that we might understand “his understanding” in the scriptures.
This new revelation shows us that the New Jerusalem explained in Revelation chapters 20 & 21 is alive and well in the Spirit, carrying out the wishes of the Father through our prayers in the Spirit. They are not setting around doing nothing, but they have a job to do in Heaven, it’s not according to what they want to do, but it’s what the Father wants them to do according to God’s Word! and we “have been translated” into the New Jerusalem with them!
(Part #2 Why we are sinners!)

Romans 5:12-14
12 Wherefore, as by one man, Adam, sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon “ALL” men, for that all have sinned:
13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.)
Romans 3:19-23
19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, “it saith to them who are under the law”:
that every mouth may be stopped, “and “ALL THE WORLD MAY BECOME GUILTY BEFORE GOD.”
20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, (Jesus Christ), being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and “upon all them that believe”: for there is no difference:
23 For all have sinned, (Everybody born into the world, even babies!) and come short of the glory of God; (Has come short of Jesus Christ!)
(Part #3 “Taking-off” The Old Man Of Sin, And “Putting-On” The New Man, Christ Jesus!)
Jesus, by what he did, has given us “the way” to becoming a son of God, but there is a” taking off” that has to take place, and a “putting on” of the new man who is created in righteousness and true holiness. We are born with a carnal mind that cannot comprehend spiritual things, and is at war with God.
Rom 8:1-8 KJV
(1) There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus,” who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”
(2) For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
(7) Because the carnal mind is enmity (At war) against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
(8) So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Ephesians 4:17-24
17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, “in the vanity of their mind”,
18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God ”through the ignorance that is in them”, because of the blindness of their heart:
19 Who being past feeling “have given themselves over” unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 But ye have not so learned Christ;
21 “If so be” that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is “in Jesus”:
22 That ye “put off” concerning the former “conversation” “the old man”, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
(Romans 12 spoken of by Paul the apostle, being transformed by the renewing of the mind!
Rom 12:1-2 KJV
(1) I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
(2) And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.)

24 And that ye “put on” the “new man”, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.)
Colossians 3:5-14
5 Mortify (die to-Take off) therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
6 For which things sake “the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience”:
7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.
8 But now ye also “put off” all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have “put off” the old man with his deeds;
10 And have “put on” the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
12”Put on” therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also “do ye”.
And above all these things “put on” charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
1 Corinthians 15: 51-58
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, (Our life time!) at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must “put on” incorruption, and this mortal must “put on” immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have “put on” incorruption, and this mortal shall have “put on” immortality, “then” shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. (This happens NOW, not after we die!)
55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
56 “The sting of death” is sin;”and the strength of sin” “is the law”.
(Christ has delivered me from the curse of the law, for it is written, cursed is everyone he that hangeth on a tree!)
57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Romans 13:11-14
11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore “cast off” the works of darkness, and let us “put on” the armour of light.
13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.
14 But “put ye on” the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
Ephesians 6:1
“Put on” the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
1 Thessalonians 5:8
But let us, who are of the day, be sober, “putting on” the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
2 Peter 1:1-11
1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you (How?) through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, (How?) through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: “that by these” ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
8 “For if these things be in you, and abound”, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful “in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ”.
9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
11 “For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ”.

(Part #4 The Stages Of Growth In The Spirit!)

There is a “growing-up process in Christ that “has not” been taught to us in the past. According to scripture there are four parts.
1) the babe stage
2) the child stage
3) the young man stage
4) and the father stage .

Three of the stages are taught in 1 John 2:12 – 16, the babe stage is out of 1 Peter 2.
1 Peter|2:1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,
1 Peter|2:2 “As newborn babes”, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
(In the babe stage we are to stop wanting to see people hurt, This is malice, also quit taking advantage of people and being crafty and cunning. We are to stop being a hypocrite like the scribes and Pharisees which is to be sincere and honest with people , ourselves, and God, not saying one thing and doing another. Stop envying others and be content with who we are, and content with what we have. We are to stop speaking bad about anything. In so doing all these things, we will be resisting the devil. When we stop doing these things, we resist the devil and by resisting the devil we take back the power he has to blind us from seeing the truth. When we have done these things, we go on to the next stage, which is the child stage.)

1 Peter|2:3 If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
1 Peter|2:4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed
indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
1 Peter|2:5 Ye also, (You and me who believe!) as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, (To do what?) to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
1 Peter|2:6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture,
Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he
that believeth on him shall not be confounded. (This is Jesus Christ the living Word of God!)
1 Peter|2:7 Unto you therefore which believe, he is precious: (Believing the Word of God is the “Key” to pleasing God!) but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders
disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
1 Peter|2:8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed. (To them who do not believe, Jesus Christ, the Word of God, has become to them a stumbling block, and a Rock of offence!)
(In all of us there is something that Satan has created that makes us want to “justify” our actions. When the Word of God tells us to do something that will help us to be more like Jesus and makes us free, a voice inside of us speaks to our mind and says to us, we have a right to hold on to the sin. An example is, “unforgiveness”. When we choose to not forgive, Satan is in control of our will. We do not see “why” we are to forgive because it is hide from our understanding. Satan has hide the truth form us, that if we do not forgive, “God will not forgive us”. (Mark 11:26, Matthew 18:15-35)
1 Peter|2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood,
an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the
praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:
1 Peter|2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. (We now are no longer just plain people, but through Christ, we have become kings and priests unto God.)
1 Peter|2:11 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and
pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, “which war against the soul”;
1 Peter|2:12 Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.
1 Peter|2:13 Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme;
1 Peter|2:14 Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well.
1 Peter|2:15 For so is the will of God, that with “well doing” ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:
1 Peter|2:16 “As free”, and not using your liberty for a cloak of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.
1 Peter|2:17 Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God.
Honour the king.

Children in the Lord
Young men in the Lord
Fathers in the Lord

1 John|2:12 I write unto you,”little children”, because your sins
are forgiven you for his name’s sake.
1 John|2:13 I write unto you, “fathers”, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, “young men”, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, “little children”, because ye have known the Father.
1 John|2:14 I have written unto you, “fathers”, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, “young men”, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
1 John|2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in
the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
1 John|2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh,
and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life,”is not of the Father, but is of the world.”
1 John|2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but
he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
1 John|2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have
heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

Children in the Lord!

Ephesians 4
King James Version (KJV)
4 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, (If you are a child in Christ, what will you do?) tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
1 Corinthians 13:11
When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
1 Corinthians 14:20
Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.
2 Corinthians 6:11-18
11 O ye Corinthians, our mouth is open unto you, our heart is enlarged.
12 Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in your own bowels.
13 Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.
14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Galatians 4:1
Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;
Galatians 4:3
Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world:
Galatians 4:19
My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,
1 Thessalonians 2:7
But we were gentle among you, even as a nurse cherisheth her children:
Young Men and Fathers in the Lord

1 John 2:13-14

13 I write unto you, “fathers”, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, “young men”, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
May God Bless you in ALL Spiritual understanding and blessings in Christ Jesus!
